Thursday in Aberdeen

Hi, this is a message for Rosie Gordon from her mum. I haven't blogged before but I hope this gets through cyberspace. I hope everything is going well in India and that the leeches are not as awful as you have been anticipating. I hope all the kit is proving useful and that your footwear is standing up to the challenge. The pictures of the places look very interesting. We are all well. Had a fantastic relaxing holiday in Mallorca with Granny- great weather, landscape, sea plus lots of reading and walking. Will is guiding at Fyvie Castle and spending his spare days visiting historic houses all over the place - expeditions which Rachel has declined to participate in! She has not yet found a job but we'll see if she can find something to do in the long hols that she has. Dad went over to meet the Byron Soc as did Will last saturday and they had an interesting time. Dad climbed Gight as he didn't want to be outdone by the Byron family. I'm back at work but it is reasonably quiet and good to get through a lot of stuff. Lots of love from us all, Mumxxxxx
